Site Seeing

Although I have ventured to Vancouver countless times this vacation we decided to brush up on our tours around the city. Never before had I been to the top of Grouse (a Vancouver mountain), but Im so glad I finally have! It was the most breathtaking view and picturesque day. Unfortunately I wasn't properly equipped footwear wise for the bitter weather, and desperately trying to get warm I bought the mini heaters. THEY DIDNT WORK. But with throbbing feet I explored to the fullest.

Back to school...

and back to blogging! I decided to take a long break from the realm of work and enjoyed my holiday to the fullest! I spent my vacation in Vancouver glued to the hips of my friends. I also celebrated my 16th birthday! Which was amazing! Drowned in presents and the most incredible poster picture collage that my other half created for me photographed below with other birthday pictures.

Lest We Forget

The premier of Harry Potter part 1 for the final Film was held on Remembrance Day. All stars added a jewelled adorned poppy to their outfit in respect. An boy did they look good!

The red poppy paired with a stunning cocktail dress made of lace and feathers was to die for! Emma Watson dazzled the red carpet with her new pixie cut (that I think she rocks)!

He is a Genius..

Hussein Chalayan is the most imaginative designer I have come across.. well since I was born! The clothes move though not in the sense of flowing fabrics or swinging tassels. He has added micro chips and various technology to his clothing, allowing it to move without the assistant of humans. The outfit is able to transform itself into something with an entirely different vibe creating a fresh look!

Are you a trend setter?

I have to admit I am not! I usually follow the trends and those who set the street style. I found these photo's courtesy of Jak and Jill and fell in love with the staple items in each photo!

Oh the leather jacket, the soft supple material with the tough image of a biker!



The take on a traditional briefcase turned into a stylish tote, paired with comfortably chic oxfords.

So this weekend I was in the Ossington area and decided to pop in. Jonathan and Olivia has dedicated the back section to Topshop, the international sensation. The little section is bursting with season staples and unique trendy items!
