McDonalds

Again, you may ask? I swear I am eating more McDonalds here than in Canada! That’s another thing! Since this is a American program no one can grasp the concept that were from Canada! In think the most obscure question we have received as of yet would have to be “Have you ever kissed and Eskimo” our dear friend Sophia looked straight at us and questioned us with sincerity.

So yesterday we had an AMAZING DAY! No other way to put it. With a French class in the morning we spent the afternoon at the Rothschild mansion. A pink sight to see. The beautiful gardens rolled out for acres and we went a little obsessive with photos! After, in the small group of six we walked down to the breath-taking coast. But this was like no other; it was the clearest water we have seen so far! It was a small cove that was just perfect lounging in the water we avoided the eye contact of those who feel they need to be very open (if you know what I mean, we are in France, get it?).

Cette soir (that night) we went to one of the many cafes to do what? WATCH THE GAME! And who won? SPAIN! It was an incredible atmosphere to be in with fans cheering like crazy! Though the Germans who admittedly were very friendly had some tears in their eye.

Here’s a link to our twitter we just recently “retweeted” (a new concept for me) links to pictures and videos from the trip! Check them out let me know what you think so far! We haven’t heard from you in a while!

Breezie Breeze

Breathtaking. One word that’s its. That was my long-winded description of Nice, I’m sure you hate me for writing such a LONG post. Such a busy bee 24/7, forgive me if I get my days mixed up, and since the Internet is not fond of me I gave up in fating these. So I generalize. Here we go. Yesterday was our first complete day in France and hopefully we are living up the “la mode” (the fashion) should I teach you French!? YES!

We did a magnificent boat ride along the coast of Nice with a hilarious Italian narrator speaking French. With a cooling wind we spotted the houses of Elton John Birdget Bardot, Shawn Connery and Tina Turner! After we strolled to the beach and swam in the clear Mediterranean! We chose not to do the whole topless thing, aren’t you glad? So if 43the Internet permits, here are some pictures of our day!

From Across the World

Well I guess it depends were you live, doesn’t it? Arriving in Nice just hours ago and unpacking the luggage that was just the perfect weight, on the dot underweight and just the perfect heaviness that my shopping bag arms could not lift them up 3 flights of stairs. Our room has a picturesque view looking out to the gardens of the Lycee Massena Campus. We haven't toured much but the city is just waiting for us tomorrow. Since we were traveling today we decided not to post the unsightly photos of us but in stead the first photo’s of our trip.

As a side note:

We might be lacking on posts because we aren’t hacking! (Not funny?)

Yes thats right we have ify to say the least, internet. But as you see we are posting, weird eh?

Well if you must know we are in a mcdonalds! Wow never thought I would do that.

(Yet the food is "kind of" good) (don't lie we know you like it)

Au revoir!

Bisoux!
